Can you report rule breakers with screenshots?

Hi, I couldn't find any area for this, so I have a question: Can you report rule breakers with screenshots or it has to be a Youtube video?

Im confused because in the report screen when I was filing in a hacker report from Eggwars, it said ONLY a youtube video, but in the guidelines it said it can be a screenshot, help?

You need to report using video evidence with things like hackers, but things like chat offences can be reported by screenshots. You can see everything here:
