What I would recommend is to move a lot when you are PvP'ing. Try it out on friends who understand PvP and play a lot of Duels and FFA. You learn to recognize tactics and you practice them automatically. What I would recommend is to use A and D a lot and to change from move to move or just use a, stop and keep foward. I pvp in a weird way but I find that some people just don't touch me. Also an easy tactic is to make circles around the person. I’ve kinds created my own way. I’m spamming w s d a and r (sprint) to make quick circles. It sounds weird, but works perfect for me.
