Nope, you can't. Only helpers/mods+ are able to do it.

You can only check a player ban at (appeals.cubecraft.net).

Also, next time make this suggestion on #TheLobby because you're not suggesting anything.

Unfortunately, there is no way for other users to view the duration of a punishment. Currently, only staff with the trusted permissions can view ban durations of others.
