when i get the rank ii paid? how long time it takes to get it my card has been missed money and when i get my rank

Normally it takes 0-15 minutes. But it can take a bit longer than that.
If the rank doesn't appear within an hour or so please contact sales@cubecraft.net and explain the issue. ( Show them evidence too )
