BuyCraft not working

    Hello, yesterday i attempted to buy gold rank. it took me to paymentwall and i filled everything out porbably around 15 times, but it came bringing me to a page with a sad face saying "Tranaction Wasn't Completed!". it dosent say why it wasnt completed or it dosent give me an error code, it gives me aboslutely no way to fix it. dont know why its not working, but can you help me out cubecraft? thanks!

    I'm guessing the screen looked like this:

    If that is the screen your getting, stop using the card to try and purchase the rank. (Your card might go into invalid mode. In other words, your card gets locked and nothing can be purchased.) When getting to this screen, it simply means that your credit card provider DOES NOT accept this sort of payment. If your asking why, you have to ask your credit card provider for that.

    To fix this, just use another credit card to continue with the purchase.

    they took my money when i got two accounts obsidian rank and the diamond rank.

    Yes, I had this same problem. I quad to use my debit card instead of my credit. Maybe try that.

    I have, sadly the responses are spaced weeks apart so its hard to get anything done.
