Buildwars suggestion

Atm I have played buildwars a couple times, but 1 thing that frustrates me is the time. You have 5 minutes to build something and thats it. No difference. So i conceived 2 ideas.
1: Very simple, give themes which cost a lot of building time more build time.
2: Give everyone above [Inserts rank level] the ability to change the time (for everyone! so it wouldn't give them advantage which is forbidden by the mojang EULA).
An example, Speed build 3 minutes, normal 5 minutes, long 8-9 minutes.

Maybe instead of donors choosing the time, threefold be different signs that pertain to the time limit.

I've found myself being frustrated about that too, and I think a lot of players would like this!
A system similar to the SkyWars voting system could be implemented for the time. +1
