Then bows would be entirely useless. Bowspamming is a valid tactic and if you get killed by a bowspammer it's your fault.

bow spamming is really annoying and not many people like it

I strongly disagree with this. The bows are still a kit selected by many players' in FFA, it also helps out to keep a better balance between the non-skilled pvp players and skilled ones, it also bring variety to the kits.

it makes the kits fair, like you can only be killed by bow spamming if you are bad at PvP

I disagree. Bow spamming is maybe annoying, but it is the part of Minecraft. It is something normal. You can always try to strafe to beat a bowspammer. Bows should not be removed from FFA.
