Blockwars, reward for losing

Way too many people just leaves games when their team is losing and if you are on the weaker team and are one capture down, often 6/8 of your team will just leave because there is absolutely no incentive to stay so how about we give players a small reward such as 15 exp and 5 points for making it to the end!

Well, it's not really a topic you can really reply to, just like or whatever and move on, I cant have it being seen without bumping rly

I don't really think this thread should be locked since not many people replied, and the problem of the suggestion is still there. But, if staff wants to lock the thread, they should just do so.

They won't won anything and just lose time and/or just getting reck all over again instead of go to play other game.

The problem with blockwars is a team game,compare it to other team games that are properly games(r6,overwatch,etc) in these games if someone leave it will have a great impact,that is why there they punish leaving a match with x minunes where you can't play,etc;implementing that in blockwars would be difficult and/or make it more difficult to new players that only enter the server to play and don't even know how to make a cubelet,how to play tower defense,how to capture the flag,or don't know english and how the change the language even some of them don't know how to read(I am talking about little kids playing minecraft)
