Best Browser to use? (Excluding Chrome)

IE is awful, It's probably on of the worst right after Opera.
Chrome and Firefox are the two medals holders in my opinion.

I tried Chrome once, it literally just kept freezing up on me for no reason.

I'm using Firefox, and it seems to work fine for me. Pretty good IMO :)

I use IE. And it's so fast for me, no problems.

Safari is the only one where you don't get ads ;)

And no ads...
