Bedrock Server down right now?

Every time I try to join the server it says the typical, Connecting to External Server, then Loading Resource Packs, but rather than saying Locating Server afterwards, it instead says Loading resources with a chest and arrow pointing into it. This Loading Resources screen never ends and the only option is to close Minecraft. I am playing on 1.16.20 on Bedrock Edition.

I recommend you to look into this matter with a staff member. Perhaps they know how to deal with it.
Also, I think issues like this can be solved by sending an email explaining the situation to support@cubecraft.net.
