What offence did you commit exactly? Because there are no permanent bans at first time offence as far as I know besides from Network bans, submitting fake evidence for fake reports and Punishment Evading.
It is possible to get permanently muted at first offence, even though it was the first time you've commited the offence (scamming)

As someone has said, it is really sad to hear that you have been permanently banned from the server, however I suppose you can appeal to the staff to verify your ban, right? As has already been said, by someone also, next time be sure to read the rules carefully and with the maximum possible attention to avoid future punishments.

Well, it depends of the infraction you've made.
First off, if your ign is like your forums name account (tayyab), you've never been banned by any cubecraft staff.
And about your suggestion, as I said above, it depends of the rule you've broken, so this mean, If you're scamming, you're gonna get a perm mute because that illegal activity you're making could hurt someone (for example the "victim" could lose their account or something worse and that cannot be allowed).
Other offence that is perm banned is "Doxing" that could be defined as "share private information without the consent of the player."
