hey , a week ore 2 ago I was playing sky-wars.
when I died I got banned.
now I am unbanned butt I lost my rank, anyone got the same problem or has a tip
plz help

2) ranks should stay
3) if you’re 1000000000% sure you’re on the right account and you geniually lost your rank, send an email to sales@cubecraft.net and include

• Your username
• Transaction ID
• Email entered at checkout
• Date of purchase
