Banned Payment error

Hi, i did buy an Upgrade Gold Rank To Diamond Rank to my friend (Rikardo) and an Iron Rank to my other friend (ItsAxelPvP). Them we did played a SkyWars Match, when we came back to the lobby my two friends were stone rank, they disconected to the server and when they try to connected again they were banned. They made an appeal and the appeal was rejected and we can not try the appeal again. Im sure the credit card do not have problems beacause i did buy days after a VIP rank in Hypixel to my Friend ItsAxelPvP, and i never took my money back.

If your friends appeals has been denied, they shouldn't get an unban. End discussion.

Esto me sucedió anoche: basan456 al entrar en el servidor me banearon por error el pago que me ha pasado desde que un amigo me dio una tarjeta de crédito y me dijo que comprara una prima servidor 'gama libre, entonces me decidí a creer y Compré un rango en esta obsidiana servidor cuando vuelva me había prohibido desde el servidor.
Ya no hacerlo de nuevo y por favor quítenme el servidor prohibido.
Y enviar una apelación y me rechazó
