Banned from Cubecraft after years and cant appeal

Hi, i just tried to join Cubecraft JAVA server and it says im PERMANENTLY BANNED from cubecraft,
i never played on this server so i dont get why should i be banned, maybe years agoo someone else had acces to my account but now i changed all my credentials and passwords,
i cant Appeal or contestate this ban, so i need an Admin support here

He is banned permanently because it’s his second ban for cheating.Try with the username xRicros or darkdeltfire

its xRicros, but thats impossible to be the second ban, i changed my credentials and username after seeing that
