First time logging on to this server (I think. I may have logged on way before) and it says my account is comromised, and that I have to appeal at appeals.cubecraft.net. So i go on the website, enter in my name and it says I have nothing to appeal??

Read this guide to compromised accounts. Make sure to change your password, because someone might have access to this account! You changed your name after you were banned in 2016 that's why you don't have anything to appeal with that name. I did a little research and you should appeal with this link.
