Ban and mute lenghts.

Why dont you bring back the old punishments? I mean, you should bring the old Ban length back (1 Year)
And also making the mutes having the same lenght as the bans do.
Like this:

Ban 1: 1 Week
Ban 2: 1 Month
Ban 3: Permanent / 12 months?
You should make the mute lengths the same as the bans have :)

I personally find this punishment system a lot better. It gives people a chance to redeem themselves instead of appealing, and staff don't get spammed with appeals as they did before. The current system is fine imo. However mutes shouldn't be changed, as they are making the chat messy / disruptive.

I don't really mind the new punishment system as I'm quite used to it. I see many hackers come up to me and say "Oh I am really sorry for hacking! I really shouldn't hack and I won't do it again!" and the new punishment system gives those people who do that, a second chance. If you disobey the rules again after being unbanned then they will be banned for a longer period of time. Also, @Mac even said that he would be adjusting the ban times so that it may be longer the first time a hacker gets banned.

I wouldn't agree entirely. I'm not sure any server mutes players permanently. Maybe 1 year is fine but not permanent.
