La apelación que tienes que hacer, tiene que ser muy detallada diciendo que nunca has usado hacks y además mostrando pruebas si es que la tuvieras para aumentar los chances de ser desbaneado.

I doubt they will have the video evidence knowing everyone of the staff can instant banned without video evidence, but if you were banned by Sentinel best to contact the developers because it has false banned players in the past.
La próxima vez que neesites preguntar algo hazlo en tu idioma, en este caso el español (Creo) porque así entenderemos mejor ya que el traductor no es que sea muy bueno...
