I am writing this because the community is genuinely starting to wonder. Will there ever be awareness and resolving of bug reports on the forums and/or Discord CubeCraft server?
Right now, there is a massive issue in Block Wars Giga that perfectly highlights this problem. Every player in the match is being mass-disconnected and kicked with proxy error messages like:
This is the major problem on Block Wars Giga lately, but one also important problem is the insane amount of lag that the server has, and players are complaining constantly in the chat.
This leads back to the main question of this letter. Some dedicated players that I saw on the Block Wars Giga server have shared that they are constantly putting in the effort to document and report bugs, but those tickets and forum posts seem to just sit indefinitely. Although the reports are still fresh, since this massive disconnecting issue on Block Wars Giga is a new major and massive bug that affects all the players of the Block Wars Giga server, but it is incredibly frustrating to report a critical issue and feel like the feedback goes completely into a void.

- Is the team aware of the massive Block Wars Giga disconnects, and will it be resolved?
- Will the team ever address the tickets opened by many players from Block Wars Giga on Discord?
- Can we start getting basic communication at least, so the community knows you are actually aware of the problems we report?
