It's case sensitive, are you entering your user with the correct casing?
Also, check http://minecraft.net/skin/yourname.png - in your case, http://minecraft.net/skin/javid1234b.png doesn't show anything, wheras mine, http://minecraft.net/skin/Lucariatias.png, does bring up a skin.
