All Networks Arabic tickets

Hello!
We all know there are many Arabic-speaking helpers in CubeCraft. However, whenever I want to open a ticket on Discord, I notice that the Arabic language isn't an option. Multiple times, Arabic staff members end up responding to my English tickets.
Therefore, I suggest adding a dedicated ticket category for Arabic speakers. This would make things much easier for me, as I currently have to rely on translation tools every time I contact you. Adding this option would help us communicate with you much more smoothly.

Hello! We used to have a dedicated category for Arabic tickets, but unfortunately this had to be removed because the number of tickets was too high for our Arabic team members to be able to handle without becoming overwhelmed. We may be able to re-open this category in the future if we can grow our Arabic team, but as of now, it is not possible.
