Also , perhaps give the helper rank to all helper wannabes , but only they'll see helper on their name. They wont actually have the rank.

Or, replicate 2017's april fools, and demote your head admin, causing half the staff team to leave, and then deperately give a couple peeps helper rank. You will then see you made a desperate choice when you have to demote half of the people you hired that day.
