It is very frustrating when your appeal gets denied and you don't know why. Idea: Let the staff leave a little message why they denied the persons appeal, so that they know what they did wrong in their appeal/why it is denied.

They (almost) always do leave a message, regardless from if the appeal is denied or not. You can't see the message if you don't have the appeal code, because it's actually something like a small private conversation.

The problem is, not a lot of people are aware of this option.
Making the message public can also lead to other complications as it can get used against you, so idek

So, what exactly do you plan to do after you know why the appeal was denied?

Just two reasons against this from the top of my head that I can think of:
-Requires more time to do appeals
-Staff aren't supposed to tell you why your appeal is denied, 'cause else you'd just try again in PM & follow exactly what they said. Your appeal is supposed to stay your appeal. If you don't follow the guidelines/the appeal isn't relevant, then deal with the denial.

If staff do have the option to leave a message, I doubt they'd go into detail as to why your appeal has been denied. You'd most likely be getting messages like "Your appeal has been denied. If you still think you were punished unfairly, start a conversation with x...". Just the usual informative templates.
