There are a lot of people who don't know how to appeal and where they need to appeal.
But wait, why are you telling me this?
This thread will show you how you need to appeal and you will also receive some tips how you can create a good appeal.
I got punished , What do i do now ?
First of all , If you are banned and try to join the server there will be a screen saying that your acces to the server got denied.

If you are muted you will see a message in the chat saying that you are muted for a certain reason.

On the screen you can see a link that will lead you to the appeal site ( https://appeals.cubecraft.net/ )

When you go to the appeal site you will see a box where you have to fill in your name.

When you entered your name you will see all the punishments.

If you see the punishment list you will be able to Appeal , Once you click on Appeal you will go to a section where you have to fill in your appeal code.

This code can be found on the screen where you can see that your are banned. If you are muted you can find the appeal code in the chat.

If you typed the code in the section you need to click on "Continue Appeal" . When you clicked on "Continue Appeal" you will go to the section where you can write a text down to appeal. You can also click on "Receive emails if a member of staff replies to your appeal" . If you click on that you will receive an email if a staff member has replied to your appeal.

Once you have send your appeal you will see that your appeal is awaiting for a review.

If you forgot to say something in your appeal you can click on "Reply" .

When the staff member who punished you has replied to your appeal you will see "Appeal Denied" next to your appeal , if your appeal got accepted your punishment will be removed from your punishment list and you will be unbanned. It can be that you forgot to create an appeal when you were banned/muted, This means that your punishment has been expired. This also means that you are unbanned from the server.

What to do when i got denied ?
If you got denied you can always start a conversation with the person that banned you. You can ask him what you did wrong or why your appeal got denied. Just keep in mind to stay polite even if the reason is stupid.
Do's and Don'ts
✔ Be honest.
✔ Try to be as detailed as possible.
✔ Be patient for a reply from a staff member.
✔ Take your time to appeal
✔ Use correct words (Thank you , Love you...)
✖ Don't lie.
✖ Don't spam staff members.
✖ Don't write a single sentence to appeal.
✖ Don't tush over your appeal
✖ Don't use text chat ( Ty , Ly , ok ... )
