Appeal bug?

I am banned from cubecraft but I have not sent my appeal which on the bans page comes out that if I sent an appeal but it is NOT. In fact I replied MY appeal, pls I need help. Could some moderator see who sent an appeal to my user? I hope you are all well. Yes, to 3 I sent the image of my banning where the code came out but I know it was not because they helped me to appeal, they are also very reliable friends. I have a brother who lives with me who also plays minecraft and I passed him the code, I have asked him many times but he says seriously that he has not sent anything.

It's likely that someone else did use your appeal code. But you sent a reply and explained it. So I'd wait for an answer.
