Appeal after 2 years

Heya all, I got banned for cheating 2 years ago, and I immediatly wrote a false appeal. It wasn't my smartest decision but is there a way to get unbanned, or atleast write another appeal?

In those 2 years I've grown as a person, and I'd appreciate it a lot.

You could write a new appeal(If I'm not wrong,probably)You should be more formal when you are making the application
