AntiCheat / Kicked for flying

Heyo ! Hope you have a nice day so far
I was thinking about flying with the ''levitation arrow'' When you shoot yourself with it you can fly to the middle or to other players.
Why you wont get kicked for that but you will be kicked if you're flying with the elytra? Thats my question Or did they fixed it already?

I think that the levitation arrow is bypassing anticheat because its an effect. and the elytra is something that really makes you fly and anticheat tries to avoid that. I'm not a developer or something but i think that this is the reason.

Maybe @Foodyling could explain us this little issue ;P

The levitation is an effect in the game and the anticheat thinks this is oke (what is oke). But with the elytra... yeah you know.
