You have time to play? You have also time to report then. This is optional, but it helps everyone in doing so.
IP-Ban is bad. Let's say for example there are 20 people in a classroom at school that get some free time at the end of the class, and starts playing on cubecraft. 1 person starts hacking, then according to the IP-Ban, everyone would be banned because of that 1 guy. Wouldn't be so fun if that happened to you, right?
How about you start making an AntiCheat for us? It isn't easy and if we were to rush it like you've said above, the game would probably be unplayable for everyone.
