IT CAN'T BE EVEN BE REPORTED, the website says: Error! That user has never logged into the server.

Now it says provide a valid youtube url, absurd.

I've dealt with them for now. Since it is bedrock and there's an issue with being able to make reports for bedrock, you can contact a staff with the evidence and they will deal with it. At least, until bedrock players can make reports reliably.
