Java Among Slimes Timer

Hi everyone!
I've got a suggestion for among slimes:

You can see the timer in the last screenshot, because I haven't called a meeting yet
But you can't see a timer in the first screenshot, because I had already called a meeting.
I suggest that the timer should be visible at all times.
It's pretty useful to see the timer even though you already called a meeting

I agree with your suggestion that it should be clear when one can call a meeting, but there should be better ways to do that :)

I don't really agree.
The fact of knowing all the time when you can make a new meeting would be less challenging to go and try to call a meeting. People would know exactly when and if it's even worth it to go and call a meeting.
