I don't think this is a good idea since people can easily abuse this by pretending to be afk so they'll get kicked without ruining their impostor chances. This would also make the game easier for impostors because they'll need less kills to win the game.

Then again, it will ruin the impostor chances of people that are actually afk. For example someone who automatically joined another game because they're in a party.

Once they have been afk for long enough to be afk kicked, their vote should just be skipped. That way, people don’t have to wait through the whole vote time, but the afk kick cant be abused to skip being crewmate.

Ok, that's a good idea. If a player is afk, and everyone non-afk player has already voted, then the voting will conclude.

For example someone who automatically joined another game because they're in a party.

In other games you can't get kicked while you're in party, so why wouldn't it work the same here?

Because as said previously, we don't want to wait an immensely long time for that 1 guy that is afk.
If the afk system would just not kick you, then i don't see a point in even transferring it. Instead we should go with iLuvQwls' idea.

Hi!

As far as I know we're allowed to kick players if they are AFK for quite some time as they basically ruin the game for other players if it's a crewmate. They don't finish their tasks which means that they are countering the progression of our tasks and we can only win by voting out the imposters, this is unfair because they should also be able to win by completing all of their tasks, that's a part of the game.
