You can visit store.cubecraft.net and enter your IGN. Once you've done that there's this yellow box that tells you which rank you currently have.

You can also check whether you're banned or not by visiting appeals.cubecraft.net​

I really don't understand what you mean, if you are banned it will tell you that when you attempt to join the server, and if you don't have access to minecraft or your account which is the only other reason why are you asking:)
