Warnings are indeed required in order to report someone for hack accusing.

I dont see that as a compliment i see it as degrading as hackers are the low life of the game and spat upon by mojang (that is the sole purpose of the eula and 1.9) and i always have the fear i will be reported and be banned because staff feels like im hacking when im really not,
