Most people lie about age. I suggest you to add a new request, which is to photograph your identity card as evidence, and the photo is protected, and not published on any of my sites because many people lie easily.

I don't think it's necessary to force someone to share their age or/and ID.
In my opinion, your ID and age are private and it's ok if you want to share it, but you don't have to.

Just the person's choice.

Actually, I would recommend against this as well, people willingly sharing their ID can still result in the consequences I mentioned in my first message on this thread. Making this voluntarily wont change this fact.

While staff having to guess peoples age might not be the most reliable way, it is the safest. I believe the rule is more about maturity than actual age anyway, so it is not necessary to know someones exact age.
