That's wind can be a new kill effect.
And it's worth to be added to the survival game rank .
This its From the wind effect in
Minecraft it's not a pack!.
It's amazing isn't?

Did you release, it it basically the mix of explosion and dust kill effect it’s nothing new
edit- plus they just added a new one

With our current quality standards, i dont think that would be a good addition, looks a bit like the old explosion kill effect
