Web Accept LabyMod reports if tags are off.

The reason why LabyMod reports are not accepted is because of the "Tags" feature. This allows you to change anyone's name, which can let you fake evidence. I think that if proof is shown that all tags are off, they should accept reports (for video evidence). This would make reporting people much easier, for I wouldn't need to switch versions.

Edit: Would require clock being turned on with seconds to prove no cut was made

The evidence could be edited and upon that having to check people to clear their tags page each time while keeping an eye on a possible cut in the video is way too much work for moderators. This means they will have to watch entire video's of 5 minutes sometimes to see if the evidence is edited or not, while they may already have seen the person was cheating in the first 5 seconds. Just closing all LabyMod reports is easier and will make sure that no mistakes are made.
