Swordsman, best kit in basic for sure. In normal its also usefull because the only sword better you can insta get is sharp 2 iron, and those chances are small. And even in op its sometimes better then when you get a diamond sword no enchants.

I don't think voting has anything to do with players leaving the server. In it's prime the server was also using a voting system, and then there were a lot of players. Of course some left because of it. But its not like that is solely the thing. Also u used an outdated file with player numbers...
