    We have a group on skype, and lance was in there for a wile, he started to like sandra a bit, so he muted her for second time just because he wants his atenttion. Now, I ask you, with so many hackers in PVP, and Sky Wars, do you think is fair jmute her and then doit again just beacuse you are obsessed with some one?, Im just asking if you can unmute Sandra_GM, please ?

    Hello, Im here for a friend, his name is Sandra_GM. Well, the thing is that we knowf a helper called LanceDaniels, and he mute sandra for a wile for bad words, that one was fair but when the mute finish, lance just mute her again, was unfair because she wasn't doing anything.

    Sentinel banned me for using hacks, but it doesn't put the reasons of my ban ( killaura, Wh ...), I don't use hacks and in appeals I don't get unbanned, what can i do to get unbanned?. I don't use hacks.

    never do nothing wrong if you can debban me before the 23 hours but the important next time before ban someone consider a good test like all the match since he/she started to hacks to teaming not 40 second this is only a suggestion

    Moooofin this is a rare question but my real account ItsADanny is banned for hacking but someone in invis did hit me so i did hit 2 times around. I had a perm ban and he is ignoring my appeal and says nothing back and i had diamond rank. I dont want to buy it again so can you ask other staff or rubik to make a unban pass in the shop -ItsADanny

    There are no refunds for hackers who got banned.
    No one is ignoring your appeal, there are several appeals that are being looked over. Staff can't choose whose appeal they look over. Also, you said your main account is banned. You can't be bypassing your ban.
