    Moooofin this is a rare question but my real account ItsADanny is banned for hacking but someone in invis did hit me so i did hit 2 times around. I had a perm ban and he is ignoring my appeal and says nothing back and i had diamond rank. I dont want to buy it again so can you ask other staff or rubik to make a unban pass in the shop -ItsADanny

    There are no refunds for hackers who got banned.
    No one is ignoring your appeal, there are several appeals that are being looked over. Staff can't choose whose appeal they look over. Also, you said your main account is banned. You can't be bypassing your ban.

    Hello I have reported a player yesterday (x_TA). His account was hacked and he was not the actual owner of this account( I had screenshots). Now His brother is saying he is very sad his account is banned because of somebody else. Is there no way to find a solution for this because it looks like you have completely ignored my message and explenation about it.

    It isn't @Mooofn's fault, Since "x_TA" has been hacking. He could have secured his account. As "x_TA" was hacking, They need to punish him. Since they'll not know if its true that his account was used by someone else. You can always appeal https://appeals.cubecraft.net

    I love your server and I really want to play on it.
    The problem is that I hacked and now I'm banned for live.
    I can't make an appeal anymore because I've already make two a few months ago.
    I now realize that it was foolish and stupide to hack on your server and I understand the consequenties.
    I just hate being so long banned from your server.
