    You are being very impatient. If something goes wrong with payments, you are supposed to contact sales@cubecraft.net, which you did. It clearly says that they aim to respond within 48 hours. There is no point of making several statuses in which you are pointing out the fact that you did not recieve your rank yet.

    If you have evidence that you actually bought it and if they actually recieved it, they will most likely give you your rank.

    I'll quote my email ".hello. I purchased the "gold" rank on Cubecraft. It has been over an hour since I got it. I spent $34 for this! I am very annoyed. Upload. Is it that hard?

    Efcluke94 will send you a private message if you were "successful". If you do not get a message within a month, your application has most likely been denied. You can make another application after a month, but try to re-evaluate yourself. :)
