So we all know the feeling: you get wrapped up in CubeCraft or YouTube or something, and by the time you get off, your face is burning hot, your throat is dry, and you're overall feeling disgusting.
After careful research (in my house), I finally figured out 2 simple steps to do to fix it:

Step 1: Take a drink.

This step seems simpler than it is. You need to make sure you slurp down your drink fast, and a lot of liquid.
The reason is that taking a long sip refreshes you, and taking short sips hydrates you. (This is why you should take a long gulp, then short sips when you're hot after being outside all day).

Step 2: Go outside (ever heard of it?)

This step also seems overly obvious, but it's not.

You should walk around about 2-5 minutes (or more), and only breathe through your nose!

After come back inside, swallow 3 or 4 times, and you're ready to go back on!

Try it! What do you think?

I usually try to take a break every hour, otherwise when I stand up after a long time of sitting I get extremely dizzy and my vision goes blurry. My tips is to take a drink of water every break, and to eat a snack every 3 (?) breaks, depending on how long I'll be on my computer.
