I would like to suggest adding a new ticket category in the Discord server called "Tier Test". This will allow players to request a skill evaluation test to receive an official rating in the server.
How It Works:
Ticket Category: Add a dedicated ticket option named "Tier Test".
Cooldown Limit: Players can only request a Tier Test once per month to prevent ticket spam and encourage practice before re-testing.
Tier Ranking System:
Players will be evaluated and placed into one of the following tiers based on their skill performance:
D Tier: D-, D, D+
C Tier: C-, C, C+
B Tier: B-, B, B+
A Tier: A-, A, A+
S Tier: S-, S, S+
Why This Would Benefit CubeCraft:
Boosts Community Engagement: Players love competing for recognized skill ranks and showcasing their achievements.
Encourages Improvement: The 1-month limit gives players a clear goal to practice and rank up over time.
Organized Process: A dedicated ticket option keeps testing requests organized and easy for designated testers to manage.
Thank you for your time and for continuously improving CubeCraft!

I disagree. I think it would create extra work for the staff, and I don't think it's necessary since the server already has Ranked Duels.

I agree with you! However, before adding it, we could assign dedicated staff specifically for this task—for instance, to recruit 10 testers and evaluate them first.
For example, a tester should have a rating of at least B+ or A-. It isn't necessary to make our current employees the testers

I honestly hope cubecraft stays far away from the toxic tier community 😁, I disagree with this idea. There are already multiple tier test servers and adding more would only add more inconvenience.

There already is competitive duels on Bedrock, and hopefully sometime ever it will come to Java as well, that would be more than enough.

It is really complex and not suitable for Cubecraft.

I will go with the crowd and also say that it is not needed to have staff evaluating tiers on Cubecraft. Ranked duels on Bedrock can provide a part of this together with the CubeCraft League Tournaments on both Java & Bedrock.

What does the management have to lose from this?
Besides, it could attract players from other servers!
And current staff won't be busy with this; they can just hire a few players to act as testers.
This will bring a huge number of players to the server
