I have been recently playing bedwars and I have noticed some stuff that have to be adjusted/changed to improve the overall game experience.
1- Add EnderChest
I think adding EnderChest would really be a good improvement for BedWars in general. This allows the players to safely store their important resources such as Diamonds
, without losing everything after dying andno one steals their items from their team. It would also add more excitement.
2- Generators Balancing
Currently, the difference between Normal Mode and Faster Mode generators is way too large.
Every 10 Seconds:
In the Normal Mode generators gives around 26 Iron
and around 9-10 Gold
.
In the Faster Generators Mode gives around 127 Iron
and 27-28 Gold
.
This makes the Faster Generators Mode extremely fast meanwhile Normal Mode feels too slow. I think the generator rates have to be balanced somewhere in the middle by slightly speeding the Normal Mode generators and slowing the Faster Generators Mode a bit where this improves the overall player game experience and would make the matches balanced and the player can actually enjoy playing both modes.
3- Add more players to the Solo Mode
Additionally, I think Bedwars Solo should support more than 4 players. Right now, it feels too small and the game finishes very fast. Increasing it to 8 players would make the matches feels more competitive, active and challenging..
These suggestion are based on my personal opinion during my BedWars Game. I am not trying to disrespect the Devs or their work in any ways. I really do appreciate their work and their effort. I just wanted to share some of my ideas that I personally think it would improve the overall game experience.
