I agree my record in egg wars is almost 3 hours it’s an unbearably long game I would suggest either bringing back the old egg wars or changing the discounts that give an advantage in long games

I would agree to this from one point and disagree from another

My reason for why Discounts are acceptable in eggwars is that they're simply made to speed up the game in some gamemodes, such as Solo, Teams of 2, and duels, but it can become unfair in gamemodes like teams of 4 or the Mega.

Discounts can make the player extremely unstoppable depending on the player's strategy, tactics and skills in pvp, and generally all good players in eggwars use the Discount as a benefit of finishing the game faster, it also gives players a second chance to escape even if their eggs are destroyed (including the benefit of invincibility)

My conclusion to this, is more of a Disagreement than an agreement, because Discounts make eggwars unique in some way, and sure it can be unfair in the gamemodes like Mega, and i would agree to that, but comparing this to other gamemodes, no matter what a player can do from abusing discounts they will never win the game by stocking themselves up with more and more op items, as long as you're good at the game and know what you're doing, then it's a flawless win for you.

The whole point of a discount is that emeralds reward you for doing something (killing, breaking eggs) and you can make the shop less expensive. Staying at your base the whole game means no discount. If you'd remove discounts, emeralds would be a lot less useful.
