Hello! I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but if you encounter someone like this, you can report them on our report site (bedrock). If you go on there and make a report using those pictures you have of him, then there is a good chance he will be taken care of c:
id report that asap, they normally get hit mid game. they've been good but recently theres some slip ups since the 22 update
