Hello,
Java and Bedrock offer two different experience of Minecraft. Java is perceived as a place of messing around, where coding and plugins are supreme ; Bedrock is designed to be handled to a more opened-public.
It's interesting to note that all recent updates of Minecraft Bedrock tends to include the mecanisms of Java for better parity.
