Not being able to log onto cubecraft for the time being, I remembered that leaderboards were accessible online before the forum was revamped (Jun 1
2020), and I remember we were also promised that they were "coming back soon". It's been close to 3 years now and there's no sign of them coming back. This would be a really useful feature for players, and if this isn't possible, at least make the API public like many others have suggested.

I completely agree that having online leaderboards would be a great feature for Cubecraft players. It's frustrating when promised features don't materialize, and it's been a long time since we were told they were "coming back soon." Making the API public could be a good workaround, and I hope the Cubecraft team will consider implementing one or both of these options in the future. It would be a great way to enhance the player experience and give us all something to strive for.

A public API is definitely something we want to do in the future. We have other priorities and other technical challenges to surpass at the moment before we can do so. It is not our highest priority, as we have many other both internal and external projects being worked on, not limited to the Party Update and Bedrock 1.19.x.

I have no motivation to write (as well as a bunch of things that I need to get done). However, I have this random plot idea of a new LitD. Two characters who are rivals in many cooking competitions throughout their lives but one of them is in love with the other.
