Implemented Remove image perms from non verified users on discord.

There was a raid on the discord server this morning. They were not linked. So if you would have to link your account to send images i think that would prevent many raids. Also idk about image perms in the general channel. If you have an different opinion you can say it.

Public discords will generally not grant image perms to new members. Back when cubecraft required players to link their account to chat, there were very little troll accounts in the chats. I think giving image perms to linked users only would help with trolls sending inappropriate media. Everyone in the discord should be able to link their account anyway.

I like that CubeCraft doesn't force members to link (which will inevitably lead to a lot of confusion, worse interaction and a barrier to enter the community) but giving image perms is a risky thing to do in such a big server, I agree unlinked members should not have the permission to send images.
