  • We're running an internal migration of all old players' stats to our new highly advanced statistics tracking backend. This means that stat changes will be a bit delayed while we ingest this huge backlog of data. Nothing is being lost, it'll just take a bit longer to show up in the in-game UIs.

Ender is a game that already has code, so it shouldn't be too hard to bring back.
It's nowhere near as simple as this. The systems around the game have changed drastically over the course of a year, especially this last year with Resource Pack deployment changes and Game Framework.

It would take at least a week of development to get this running at an okay level, it would make the release harder as well. That's 1-2 weeks of development that won't be contributed to 1.19 which is a tough update for us to pull off.

1.19 is already taking way too long, it will barely matter. Plus lots of people were waiting for Ender.

Here's an idea: Release the game with the old code if it works, and then rerelease it with the updated code.

The game literally does not work in it's current state.

The pace at which we are developing 1.19 support is extremely fast compared to how long it should take on average.

People shouldn't have been waiting for Ender as it wasnt listed on our Public Update Board which is why this page exists in the first place.

Not all updates are put on the notion board...BlockWars Giga for example.
Halloween was. Giga was a project people knew nothing about so it made no difference, the reason for hiding it was because it was a side project of 2 people and was likely not to launch so we didn't want to announce it.

I'm just speculating, this likely isn't true.

Cubecraft (On bedrock) has recently been dropping below 6k players at night. When I was playing at 10pm, It was bad enough that eggwars solo games took 1 minute to fill up, so you can just imagine what it would be like at 4am. So I think they don't want to split the player-base even more across different gamemodes. Just a theory though.

Very good point, never thought of that.

Ender posts on Discord so I end up seeing it more often.

I'll usually respond to anything I'm tagged in.
