All Networks ban scammers Minecraft's account !

I noticed a very stupid thing in the Cube Craft mods , that they can't ban scammers in minecraft server because they just only ban them in the discord server if he scammed u in discord they will ban his account in discord and this is unfair cuz discord bans easly can be bypassed and The account with illegal funds is must be banned , if come to the moderator to report the trash **s the mod will replay "Forget your money learn from ur lesson and have a nice day !"
they must ban his Minecraft's account cuz its had a stolen money and this is unfair to get free something With the money of people who are not satisfied that you take it from them

+ This will lead to the spread of scammers in the server, and this will ruin the trust and safety players in the server

NOTE dont make deal with someone in cubecraft cuz mods and admin will consider you a TV and get some popcorn and watch you cry or u will be like me

i got scammed by someone in discord and they punished him only in discord and his account that he scam people its still without ban and i wanna it get banned cuz he is playing with stolen money

The funny thing is that he said he will bypass their ban in the discord and I actually found him bypassing the discord ban
u say how u did u know him i knew him by he linked his xbox account name in his new discord account (that he will look for another prey)
I mean from my words that banning Discord is not worth anything to those who break the laws here

We already give our users plenty of advice regarding account security and how to keep yourself safe from scams on top of other things which you can find here.

If you have been scammed and as a result have stolen money, then I suggest you report these users to Discord here.
There isn't a lot we can do other than punish them from our Discord server, though if you believe they are bypassing (Rule 1.8) then you can report them to a mod and we'll see if there is enough evidence to warrant a ban out of and on top of this, giving everyone a part of this community the necessary information to keep both their account and themselves from scams and whatnot safe.

Keep in mind that Ingame, Forums and Discord punishments do not overlap with each other meaning if you are punished on one platform, you will not be punished on another, though that does not mean you can just break the rules on the forums, for example. if you are punished on Discord and get away with it, that's not how it works.
There isn't much I can say about how Mojang handles bans. I do highly doubt they can be dealt with by Mojang since the scam happened on Discord, so it's more of a Discord responsibility, though as I said not much I can say. But I do hope the links and information I have provided above does help :)

Do you know what I mean, why is it important to ban the account that owns the victim's money?
In order to prevent the fraudster from trying to defraud again, because when the account that obtained the money illegally is banned, he will know that the server is strict and strong

But banning the account he spoke with and using it for deception only is not enough, why because of course he dispenses with the account he is talking about

That's a scam using the server store, so if you give enough evidence, his account should get banned as that rank was obtained in an illegitimate way.

He scammed me DM discord and they just ban him on Discord and they didn't ban him in the game
