Why can't I see the plains island?

Me and my friend have tried relogging maxing our render distances but nothing is working any ideas or help is appreciated.

you can be on other skyblock profile or you didnt completed all the quests yet

Try reloading your game completely, or switch profiles back to the profile your having trouble on.
